Assistant AutoCAD Technician – London Office

Delva Patman Redler are currently looking for an experienced individual to support our Rights of Light team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our team and providing essential administrative support. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our department.

Delva Patman Redler (DPR) is a Chartered Survey company where you can develop your existing skills and learn new talents as part of a growing team within the company. We work on a huge variety of schemes, covering aspects of rights of light, daylight/sunlight/shadowing, solar glare, envelope exercises, feasibility studies and BREEAM assessments.

Responsibilities
  • You will have relevant knowledge of AutoCAD and associated presentation packages with experience in 2D and 3D modelling. Revit knowledge beneficial but not essential.
  • You will have practised skills to successfully control and handle workload and the implementation of company and project CAD standards and drawing document procedures.
  • You will work on your own initiative as a CAD Technician, in conjunction with the other members of the light analyses department.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally with other departments and externally with clients and other professionals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience using 2D and 3D AutoCAD and Revit 3D modelling.
  • Conversant with Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, Adobe, and Power-point.
