An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Architectural Technologist to join our professional Technical Team based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and issue detailed house type designs in line with the agreed programme. These designs must meet the Company's standards as well as all relevant regulatory and technical requirements. You will work closely with site, attending when required, to oversee projects and ensure compliance with technical designs.
