Responsibilities

The main focus is to support the Aftersales Manager in day‑to‑day management. You will ensure all incoming work is planned, manage the time and resources of your team, assign tasks to maximise productivity, and adhere to deadlines. As a line manager you will be responsible for performance management, coaching, and developing your team to achieve their highest potential.
