Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate general ledger entries.
• Preparing journals, including prepayments and accruals.
• Completing and analyse monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supporting fixed asset management, depreciation posting and capital project tracking.
• Preparing profit and loss reconciliations and assist with month‑end adjustments.
• Reviewing costs against budgets and support variance reporting.
• Contributing to KPI reporting, year‑end tasks and budgeting.
• Assisting with audits and stock counts, investigating any discrepancies.
• Processing invoices and provide cover for purchase ledger tasks.
