If you have bookkeeping / accounting experience and want to be part of this creative, vibrant industry, this is a great opportunity!

This is a hybrid role after passing probation, working 3 days per week in the Bethnal Green, East London office and 2 days working from home.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Day-to-day bookkeeping, including processing invoices, receipts, payments and journals
  • Supporting VAT returns, bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
  • Assisting with cashflow, forecasting and management reporting
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve finance queries quickly and professionally
  • Supporting credit control and debtor management
  • Assisting with tour finance admin, basic withholding tax documents and client reporting
  • Preparing information for personal tax returns and responding to HMRC queries
What You Need
  • Experience in bookkeeping / accounts assistant / finance admin role
  • AAT Level 2-3 (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Strong understanding of VAT, bookkeeping principles and ledger processes
  • Confident using Xero, QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Payroll/pensions knowledge useful, but not essential
  • Ideally you have already worked within music, entertainment, television or other creative organisation
