A financial services company based in Aberdeen City is seeking an Assistant Accountant for both full-time and part-time roles. Responsibilities include daily account management, preparing invoices, and supporting monthly reporting tasks. Ideal candidates will have LCC Higher Level or above and 2-3 years of accounting experience. Competitive remuneration packages are offered.
Handle daily account data input and documents.
Perform daily accounting operations independently, including preparing bank reconciliations, bank receipts and payment transactions.
Preparing monthly invoices, customer receipts, checking overdue invoices and negotiate with customers to settle debts.
Support accountant to meet monthly reporting deadlines and prepare audit‑related documents.
Ad hoc tasks when necessary.
