Qualifications

  • Erfahrung in der Transaktionsbuchhaltung, insbesondere Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung.
  • Grundkenntnisse in technischer Buchhaltung und doppelter Buchführung.

Responsibilities

  • Vorbereitung und Analyse der monatlichen Einkommensberichte der Abteilung.
  • Durchführung von Bilanzabstimmungen und Finanzanalysen.

Job description

Sytner Group Ltd is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their Head Office Accounts department as an Assistant Accountant.

Location

Based at Penman Way in Leicester.

Reporting To

The Group Accountant.

Responsibilities
  1. Preparation and analysis of monthly departmental Income Statements.
  2. Preparation and analysis of departmental Forecasts and Budgets.
  3. Balance sheet reconciliations.
  4. Finance commission reconciliation and analysis.
  5. Purchase ledger, sales ledger, and transactional level accounting.
  6. Other ad hoc duties as required.
Required Skills
  1. Experience with transactional level accounting (accounts payable or receivable).
  2. Basic understanding of technical accounting, including double entry bookkeeping.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  4. Effective, articulate, and confident communication skills across all management levels.
  5. Proactive team contributor.
  6. Flexibility in adjusting to and prioritizing business needs.
  7. Experience with Keyloop (advantageous but not essential).
  8. Automotive industry experience (advantageous but not essential).
