Job summary

IN2 Consult is seeking an Assistant Accountant for a permanent role in Central London with a hybrid work pattern. The role involves preparing sales invoices, processing purchase invoices, and assisting with month-end duties. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience and strong AP/AR knowledge.

You will support month-end closes, bank reconciliations, and journal entries, with involvement in forecasts and board reporting as required.

• Solid background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Willingness to progress and take on month-end duties.

IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to work with an industry leading client of ours based in Central London on a permanent basis.

The duties of the Assistant Accountant role includes:

• Preparing and processing sales invoices
• Processing purchase invoices
• Ad hoc collection of outstanding debts
• Assisting with month end processes
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Preparing and processing journal entries
• Assisting with quarterly forecasts, long-term plans and board reporting

The successful Assistant Accountant will:

• Have at least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Have a solid background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Be eager to progress and take on month-end duties
