The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing Tableau dashboards and conducting performance analyses, with a focus on data and analytical support. The Role of the Assistant 1 – Team Performance Analyst

The successful candidate will assist with the day‑to‑day functioning of the first team analysis department, working alongside club analysts. The role focuses on data and analytical support.

Main Accountabilities
  • Managing, creating and developing Tableau dashboards
  • Producing Brentford and opposition reports
  • Conducting opposition analysis
  • Conducting individual and training analysis
  • Any other tasks as required
Team Related Tasks
  • Supporting Academy staff when necessary
  • Ad‑hoc tasks as requested by the line manager
