Job summary

Bestway Vans Direct is hiring a Customer Sales Representative to join its national network. The role starts with a 3-week training programme, a basic salary of £26,562 per year, with average earnings around £35,000 OTE.

Benefits include 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays), pension and life assurance, company uniform and depot membership access to wholesale-priced goods. Applicants should hold a full UK manual driving licence, have excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to retailers, following set journey schedules and making planned and unplanned sales visits.
• Deliver unrivalled service to customers and build strong relationships.
• Operate within a local territory including Northampton, Peterborough and Luton.

• £26,562per annum basic salary with the average employee earning £35,000 OTE

About the Role:

Our 3-week in depth and professional training programme will give you all the skills, knowledge, and confidence you will need to succeed. You could soon find yourself following set journey schedules and making planned and unscheduled sales visits to retailers, delivering unrivalled service to your customers.
You will be allocated your own local territory, tablet and phone. You will have the freedom to drive your own success, and you’ll take your career in sales to the next level.

This Role will involve traveling between Northampton, Peterborough and Luton

You will be representing some of the biggest global FMCG brands, including ; KP, Cadbury’s (Mondelez), McVitie’s, Mars, Tayto, Kellogg’s, Nestle, Britvic, Fox’s,
Wrigley’s, Ferrero, Seabrooks, Haribo, Coca Cola, Barratt’s, Chupa Chups,
Fruittella, Mentos, Swizzels, Kettle, Burtons, Lucozade, many, many more.
