Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Project Manager to oversee major works, planned maintenance and capital investment projects across residential assets in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The role involves managing contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-value refurbishment and capital investments.

Hybrid working (2/3 days office-based) on a 3-month temporary contract at £400/day. Strong knowledge of construction project management, contract administration, JCT contracts and CDM regulations is

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a forward-thinking Housing Assets team, delivering a diverse programme of major works, capital investment and building safety projects across a substantial residential property portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a property and construction professional to take ownership of high-value refurbishment and planned investment schemes, managing projects from inception through to completion while making a tangible impact on homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager includes:

• Lead the delivery of major works, planned maintenance and capital investment projects across residential assets.
• Manage contractors, consultants and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure works are delivered in line with contractual, regulatory and health & safety requirements.
• Monitor quality standards, contractor performance and project outcomes.
• Engage effectively with residents and stakeholders, ensuring a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Proven experience delivering major works, planned maintenance or capital investment programmes
• Strong knowledge of construction project management and contract administration
• Experience managing contractors and consultants within a housing, property or construction environment.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts, CDM Regulations and construction best practice.
• Qualifications in Construction, Building Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
