Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Maintenance Assurance Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our Water Supply Maintenance Strategy. The role focuses on shifting maintenance from reactive to proactive, improving asset reliability and operational resilience across the region.

You will work with Area Maintenance Managers, Asset Health Leads and engineers to ensure safe, compliant and data-driven maintenance activities, while supporting continuous improvement and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse information, identify trends and support informed decision-making.
• A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience working with SAP

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and conformance to standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance, including completion rates, backlog, deferrals and cancellations, with RCM/CBM alignment.
• Maintain and assure the quality of asset and maintenance data in asset management systems.
• Support data-driven insights through condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and reporting.
• Collaborate with Asset Health Leads, RCME, and operational teams to align activities with priorities.
• Provide independent assurance of maintenance quality and identify gaps.
• Support regulatory compliance and reporting to leadership forums.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and embedding lessons learned.
• Champion health, safety and wellbeing in maintenance activities.
