Job summary

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust seeks an Asset, Quality and Contracts Officer to manage the CMDB, assets and software, and to support contract management under the Digital Services Assurance department. The role requires ensuring compliance, training staff, and delivering service excellence across Digital Services.

The post holder will train staff, conduct audits, produce KPI reports, and collaborate with the Asset, Quality and Contracts Manager to drive service improvements

Qualifications

• CMDB, Asset and Contract Management experience is essential.
• Experience with ITIL Service Management framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and maintenance of the Digital Services Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Regular Audits of all Assets / Software within the Trust.
• Regular Reporting to Digital Services Senior Management Team.
• Assist in producing data for Service Reviews internal to Digital and Trust wide.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures within Digital Services.
