After years of limited capital works, we are launching significant improvements‑including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and energy efficiency upgrades‑and need someone who can drive this transformation.

You will oversee stock condition surveys, manage data quality, and develop both a 30-year investment strategy and a deliverable 5-year capital plan. The role requires excellent project management, strong technical knowledge of property components, and extensive experience procuring and managing large-value contracts.

You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager but will lead the end-to-end programme, ensuring compliance with housing and building safety regulations while delivering high-quality, cost‑effective works that improve residents’ homes.

Responsibilities
  • Procuring and arranging stock condition survey contracts, and using the results to develop planned and cyclical investment requirements for our 30-year asset plan
  • Procuring 5-year contracts for kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and doors
  • Procuring cyclical external painting contracts
  • You must have recent, hands‑on procurement delivery experience in social housing to be considered.
