Our 600‑strong Asset Management team delivers first‑class property‑based services, from reactive and planned maintenance to refurbishments, estate services and building safety.
You will join the Responsive Resource and Planning Team which supports delivery of responsive repairs and planning for a squad of 80 technicians. Working closely with 8 responsive planners and a wider group of 27 within Asset Management, the role requires enthusiasm, organisation, dynamism, motivation and a customer‑focused attitude.
The team provides cover between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and is involved in passing out work to technicians during out‑of‑hours service.
Competitive holiday package (24 days + 3 days for Christmas closure in a 5‑day working week, bank holidays, and additional days after two years continuous service, up to a maximum of 5 days). Options to buy/sell up to 5 extra days per year and compressed hours with the possibility of a 4‑day working week in certain roles. 50% of working time can be remote after a satisfactory probation period.
