A leading real estate company in the UK is seeking a property manager to oversee residential properties, manage service agreements, and provide advisory support to development teams. The role requires strong expertise in residential rental and block management along with excellent numerical and report-writing skills. Competitive
Landsec has a number of residential properties which are managed by our partner agencies. This role will lead the management of the service agreement between Landsec and the external agencies.
The role will also include providing advisory support to the development teams on residential management and operations for the build to rent pipeline.
You will be working in the Capital Projects Team reporting to the Residential Operations Director.
This role is based in London Victoria with approximately 50 / 50 split. Travel around the UK to sites c. 2 times per month occasional overnight stays.
