Offshore Transmission Asset Management – Renewable Energy

Location : Remote - Occasional trips to London

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Transmission General Manager to join a dynamic team managing a growing portfolio of offshore transmission assets. This is a high-impact, hands‑on leadership role at the intersection of technical, operational, and commercial management within the renewable energy sector.

About the Role

As Offshore Transmission General Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, provide technical assurance, manage contractors and service providers, and ensure compliance with project obligations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the management of multiple assets while contributing to the expansion of offshore renewable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations across offshore transmission assets, including planned and unplanned maintenance and fault rectification.
• Provide technical oversight and assurance across HV power systems and lifecycle asset management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, advisors, and project stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence, monitoring KPIs and managing risks.
• Support commercial decision‑making, manage contracts, and ensure performance against agreed standards.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks in line with project governance.
• Contribute to the growth and strategic development of a portfolio of offshore transmission assets.
