At Tesco, our stores and offices couldn't function without the support of our integral teams.

We know life looks a little different for each of us. That's why at Tesco, we always welcome chats about flexible working. Some people are at the start of their careers, some want the freedom to do the things they love. Others are going through life-changing moments like becoming a carer, nearing retirement, adapting to parenthood, or something else. Please talk to the Hiring Manager about how they can support you.

We are undertaking a Asset Lifecycle transformation - looking to optimise our operating model across the Group with the aim of increasing our Asset Management maturity. We are seeking a highly motivated and expert Asset Management Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help craft and deliver this change.

The role will be a part of the Asset Management programme team, reporting into the Head of Asset Lifecycle Programme. The role will be responsible for driving maturity in our Asset Management across the Tesco Group.

This will include the transformation of how our Asset Management Policy and Strategy feeds Tesco's Maintenance regimes, Asset Management Planning and our KPI and Risk frameworks; as well as development of a more mature operating model (including system change) within key parts of the lifecycle, e.g. Maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, project management, and excellent leadership skills.

The Hiring Manager for this role is Lois Farrar.
