Job summary

SSQ is currently seeking an Associate to join its Asset Management practice in London. The role involves advising on asset management and investment funds matters for a sophisticated international client base and gaining exposure to high-value matters.

The successful candidate should have 2-6 years' PQE in asset management or funds, and experience at a leading City, international, US or comparable firm. There is significant client contact and scope to take on increasing responsibility.

The successful candidate will advise across a broad range of asset management and investment funds matters, gaining exposure to complex and high-value work within a well-established practice. The Candidate

The firm is interested in speaking with associates who can demonstrate:

• Approximately 2-6 years' PQE within asset management, investment funds or a closely related practice
• Training and post-qualification experience gained at a leading City, international, US or comparable firm
• Experience advising sophisticated asset management and investment funds clients
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach
• The ability to manage matters effectively and work collaboratively within a high-performing team
