Chandlers Ford £55,000 to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are working with the UKs leading pump solutions business seeking an Asset Finance Business Partner to join their expanding Commercial Finance team in Chandlers Ford.

This is a key position responsible for asset finance and capital investment performance across the business.

The role plays a central part in how the company invests in, manages, and optimises its national fleet, providing analysis and insight to support executive decision‑making, improve ROI, and guide long‑term growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead on asset finance activities including Capex forecasting, fleet investment planning, and ROI analysis
• Analyse asset utilisation, performance, and cost trends to drive efficiency and value
• Deliver clear recommendations to senior leadership on fleet investment, redeployment, or disposal
• Conduct rate reviews and pricing analysis to ensure maximum return on investment
• Partner with operations, technical, and commercial teams to align financial strategy with business objectives
• Present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior stakeholders, providing clarity and challenge where appropriate
• Support the development of forecasting models, business cases, and capital investment plans
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes, data accuracy, and business insight
• Build strong relationships across departments to promote financial accountability and informed decision‑making

Skills & Experience Required

• Fully or part‑qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ICAEW)
• Proven experience in asset finance, commercial finance, or finance business partnering within a capital‑intensive or operational environment
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, able to interpret complex data into actionable insight
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Dynamics, or Navision advantageous
• Commercially focused with sound business judgment and an understanding of operational drivers
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Organised, proactive, and capable of delivering high‑quality work within deadlines
• Full UK driving licence (occasional travel required, pool or hire car provided)
