About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Asset Data Manager to lead the way in property safety compliance data management at Saxon Weald. You’ll champion a data-driven safety culture and collaborate across teams to validate datasets, produce performance reports, and support strategic planning. This is a key role in achieving our purpose of enabling positive life chances by providing safe and secure homes.

Qualifications
  • Experience managing compliance and M&E data in a housing or property safety context
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Power BI, Qlik, and SQL
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk and assurance
  • The ability to interpret complex compliance data and translate it into actionable insights
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional teams and champions continuous improvement
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and customers
