Qualifications

  • Experience in utilities or regulated sectors is desirable.
  • Ideally hold a full U.K driving licence.

LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT Are you passionate about data and leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic Asset Data Delivery Team Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable asset data that drives strategic decisions and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of data professionals.
  • Ensure high-quality asset data delivery across the business.
  • Champion data governance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data with business needs.
  • Support digital transformation and data strategy initiatives.

You'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our Asset Intelligence & Innovation team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.

What We’re Looking For

About You:

  • Proven experience managing data teams or delivery functions.
  • Strong knowledge of asset data, governance, and quality principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Power BI, GIS, or similar is desirable.
  • Someone who can take a proactive approach and a problem solver.
  • (Desirable) Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated sectors.
  • Ideally hold a full U.K driving licence.
