Qualificações

• Ensures accurate recording and coordination of information sources for asset management planning.
• Records results of stock conditions and asset/refurbishment surveys as directed.
• Accurately logs ACM survey results and ensures data integrity across systems.

Responsabilidades

• Inform delivery partners of asset or asbestos issues before and during work programmes.
• Coordinate and record information in relevant systems for asset management planning.
• Log survey results of ACM and stock conditions as required.
• Collaborate with the Directorate team to deliver high-quality services.
• Maintain open communication with managers and colleagues for coordinated effort.
