ARM International is seeking an Asset & Construction Manager to optimise an existing commercial rooftop solar portfolio while supporting new PV installations. The role invites an engineering graduate or early-career solar professional to grow across asset management, performance analysis and project delivery.

You will focus on improving energy yield, coordinating contractors, budgets and timelines, and ensuring grid compliance across sites, with hybrid working options and room for career

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience within solar PV, renewable energy or a related technical environment.
• Strong understanding of solar PV performance, generation data and system monitoring.
• Experience analysing technical data and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Knowledge of metering, monitoring equipment and data loggers.
• Familiarity with SolarEdge and Sungrow platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK right to work and willingness to travel to sites.

The Opportunity

Advanced Resource Managers (ARM) is recruiting an Asset & Construction Manager for a growing business within the commercial solar PV sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering graduate or early-career solar professional to develop across asset management, performance analysis and project delivery.
