Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Asset Compliance Manager to oversee independent assurance activities, ensuring infrastructure assets are managed in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and nuclear safety requirements.

You will help provide confidence that compliance arrangements are robust and that assurance information can be relied upon for governance and decision-making, with hybrid working across home, office and site locations.

Responsibilities

• Support independent assurance reviews and audits of infrastructure compliance arrangements.

• Review compliance data to assess effectiveness and identify risks.
• Support accurate compliance reporting across integrated management systems.
• Represent compliance interests with regulators and internal stakeholders as required.

We are seeking an Asset Compliance Manager to support independent first line assurance activities, ensuring infrastructure assets are managed, maintained, and reported in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and nuclear safety requirements.

You will help provide confidence that compliance arrangements are robust, risks are effectively managed, and assurance information can be relied upon for governance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support independent assurance reviews and audits of infrastructure compliance arrangements to verify compliance with statutory, regulatory, and nuclear safety requirements.
• Request, review, and assess records, information, and evidence to support assurance activities.
• Coordinate the collection, analysis, and presentation of compliance evidence for governance forums and reporting activities.
• Review and interpret compliance and maintenance data to assess the effectiveness of compliance arrangements and identify risks.
• Support the delivery of accurate compliance reporting across integrated management systems.
• Represent compliance assurance interests when engaging with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external partners as required.

Essential Skills & Experience
