Are you a skilled Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and asset performance? We're looking for an Asset Care Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced FMCG food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement across all asset care and reliability activities.
  • Deliver effective maintenance strategies for equipment, utilities, and site infrastructure.
  • Work proactively to maximise equipment uptime and optimise performance.
  • Support engineering and production teams in identifying root causes of failures and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to the site's reliability and maintenance improvement plans.
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship trained or equivalent engineering qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of asset care, reliability, and performance improvement principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
