The Asset and Energy Operations Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic optimisation of energy and building performance across two iconic London developments. This role combines robust technical expertise with a passion for sustainability, aiming to ensure that both properties remain at the forefront of operational excellence, energy efficiency, and environmental certification compliance.
Reporting into senior leadership and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the WPM UKI / JLL enterprise and external clients, the role will play a pivotal part in aligning each property's operations with BREEAM In-Use, NABERS UK, and the forthcoming UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard (2025).

Managers must align asset and energy management strategies with organisational goals, be innovative, and adapt to changing requirements. They should be able to channel the energy and activities of others in support of the organisation's objectives and manage change effectively.

Managers must ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, and be able to demonstrate the risks associated with non-compliance. They should be able to build and oversee the implementation of compliance programmes and demonstrate knowledge of compliance management.
