We are looking for an Asset and Compliance Lead who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Asset and Compliance Lead to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

The Asset and Compliance Lead, will be responsible for:
  • Ensure the effective management, assurance and optimisation of our asset portfolio
  • Report to the Head of Operations
  • Ensure all asset management, statutory compliance and technical assurance activities meet regulatory requirements and align with industry best practices
  • Oversee the integrity of asset data, planned maintenance regimes, lifecycle strategies and compliance documentation within the CAFM system
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all asset, lifecycle and compliance-related matters
To be successful for this Asset and Compliance Lead role you must have:
  • Strong experience in Asset and Compliance, ideally in a complex site environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
