Hugh Baird College is seeking a part-time Work Placement Coordinator/Assessor to support learners in childcare programmes, coordinating and assessing placements across Level 2, Level 3 and T Level Early Years Educator courses.

Help shape the next generation of early years professionals through hands‑on teaching, mentoring, and placement coordination. Our programmes include Level 1–3 qualifications and T-levels in Education and Childcare, blending classroom learning with real‑world nursery placements.
With a brand‑new nursery on campus and a curriculum enriched by creative learning experiences like forest school visits and yoga linked to literacy, our Childcare department offers staff a unique opportunity to deliver and observe high‑quality early years education in a dynamic and innovative environment.
