• Conduct comprehensive assessments for Social Worker posts within our Kinship Service, ensuring thorough Regulation 24 evaluations.
• Collaborate with families to identify their needs and provide recommendations to meet those needs.
• Maintain detailed records and reports in accordance with local authority guidelines.
• Liaise effectively with professional networks to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to kinship carers, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed in their roles.
