Job summary

You’ll be placed in one of Shell’s core areas (Finance, Information & Digital Technology, Trading & Supply, Integrated Commercial) and supported by a supervisor and mentor throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in the United Kingdom and be in your penultimate year of study.
• On track to receive a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree.
• There are no specific academic requirements for grades at A‑Level or GCSE equivalents.

Responsibilities

• You’ll have full day‑to‑day involvement in actual projects, selected to match your interests and abilities.
• Join a project team and work alongside Shell employees who are professionals in their fields.
• Regular assessments, mid‑term review and final presentation on project delivery.
