Parallel Employment Group is working with a customer in Lancaster for Assembly Technicians to become an integral part of a dynamic team!

As an Assembly Technician, you will be assembling products, ensuring they meet quality standards, and packaging them for distribution. Our team is dedicated to fostering a supportive work environment where you can grow and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly instructions
  • Utilizing hand tools and power tools to assemble various components
  • Conducting quality inspections to ensure that products meet specifications
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve assembly processes

Current opportunities are available for various shifts, each offering competitive pay rates.

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months of Manufacturing experience and machining.
  • aerospace/military defense manufacturing experience
  • Commitment of 40 hours per work. The job operates in a manufacturing environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
