Assembly Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor a team of operators, ensuring that output / production targets are achieved as well as measuring team performance
• Ensure that all relevant Health & Safety requirements are adhered to within the workplace including conducting risk assessments
• Ensure the smooth running of the production schedule, driving continuous improvement
• Develop and support the lean manufacturing process within the company

Qualifications

• HNC / HND Engineering related disciple or apprenticeship
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing people - 10+ assemblers - KPIs, Appraisals, Upskilling etc
• Strong H&S experience - Risk Assessments etc

You will be required to undergo security clearance in this position.
