HRGO Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Assembly Support Operative to work in the Rainham Essex RM13 area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the assembly line operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly of products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain assembly line equipment.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products.
• Ensure the assembly area is clean and organized.
• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Consolidate stock, to maintain and manage space.
• Restock assembly cells with purchase stocks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Working Conditions:
