Doming Production Operative
The Role

As a Doming Production Operative, you’ll play a key part in the creation of our high-quality name badges. Working within our fast-paced Doming Department, you’ll be responsible for applying polyurethane resin using Demak machinery, ensuring each badge meets our exceptional quality standards.

You’ll thrive in an environment where accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork matter — contributing directly to a product that represents the professionalism of thousands of businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply polyurethane resin to plastic name badges using the Demak doming machine.
  • Finish and prepare products for packing and dispatch.
  • Achieve production targets set by the Manufacturing Manager/Production Supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth production flow.
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and product quality.
  • Take pride in every badge you produce — precision is key!
Working Hours

Shift rotation of-

WEEK ONE- 6:00am-2:00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6:00am -
1:00pm.

WEEK TWO- 1:45pm-9:45pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 12:45pm- 7:45pm
