Job Description

Are you an experienced assembly operative looking to support a fantastic team in Hinckley? We have a role for you!

Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic, practical-minded, and hard-working individual to help their finishing department.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  1. Light assembly and kitting
  2. Unpacking products and components
  3. Cleaning
  4. Prepping products to be painted
  5. Loading and unloading goods and stock
  6. Masking and taping objects to be painted
  7. Quality checking and inspection, ensuring a perfect finish
  8. Packing items
  9. Auditing stock
  10. Bagging components

Duration: Ongoing work with an immediate start for the right candidate. If you’re looking to find your feet in a new company as a general assembly operative.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will earn an hourly rate of £12.96.

Working Hours: In this role, you will be working Monday to Friday, 07:30-15:30. We ask that you are comfortable with occasional overtime, depending on company needs.

Closing Date: 2025-05-15

Experience & Qualifications

You will be experienced in assembly work and comfortable being an all-round team player in all departments and areas.

You will have your own transport due to shift times and location.
