Job summary

MTrec Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a factory operative for hands-on assembly of products using a range of hand tools. You will perform quality inspections and complete essential paperwork to ensure traceability throughout the build process.

You will work a permanent day shift on-site with full training provided; long-term employment is offered after a probation period, with opportunities for progression in a clean environment and good transport links.

Qualifications

• Willing to undergo interview and induction process.
• Full training provided; manufacturing experience advantageous.
• Comfortable working individually or in small teams.
• Long-term position with permanent contract after probation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools to ensure correct assembly.
• Perform thorough quality inspections and complete product paperwork.
• Mark defects and direct items to designated areas for collection.
• Occasionally operate overflow machinery when required.
• Monitor machine settings and supervise production flow.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain health and safety standards.
