At Advanced Electric Machines (AEM), we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Assembly Operators.

About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in assembling our innovative magnet‑free electric motors for both serial and pre‑serial production.

As an Assembly Operator, you’ll work alongside a manufacturing team, contributing to shared goals and production targets.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys hands‑on work, and wants to be part of a forward‑thinking company committed to sustainability.

What will you do
  • Assemble electric motors, transmissions, and associated sub‑assemblies using hand tools and machinery
  • Follow health & safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures to meet quality standards
  • Inspect and test components throughout the process to ensure product conformance
  • Complete documentation (written & electronic) for traceability and record keeping
  • Meet output targets and contribute to continuous improvement
What are we looking for
Experience Required
  • Previous experience of working in a factory / assembly environment is desirable
  • Previous experience of working in an electronics / assembly environment is desirable
  • Confident working with hand tools and assembly equipment
