Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical components with precision and care.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure top-notch products.

  • Report incidents and adhere to the escalation process.
  • Process orders accurately and promptly.
  • Fit electrical components and wiring.
  • Build power distribution units using tools.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

As an Assembly Operative MTO, you will play a crucial role in our production processes.

  • Assembles electrical components with precision and care.
  • Conducts quality checks to ensure top‑notch products.
  • Collaborates with team members to meet production targets.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follows safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Strictly applies standardized processes in manufacturing across various tasks, including basic maintenance.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
  • Ensures the quality of operations by adhering to established standards.
  • Identifies and communicates any risks related to health, safety, quality, and environmental issues to the Team Leader.
  • Reports all incidents and near misses, applying the escalation process for any deviations in safety, quality, or performance.
  • Processes orders accurately and promptly.
  • Develops knowledge of the products and systems.
  • Fits electrical components and wiring.
  • Builds and assembles power distribution units using hand and pneumatic tools.
  • Carries out additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
