Assembly Operatives

Location: Leicester | Pay: £12.86 per hour | Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 (37.5 hours paid per week). Overtime available. | Contract: Full time.

DC Personnel are recruiting Assembly Operatives on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking company operating from a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art facility with outstanding tools, equipment, and working conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble powered and non‑powered equipment using a variety of components
  • Use hand and air tools to build, inspect, and finish products to high‑quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation
  • Ensure all tasks comply with strict company quality and safety requirements

  • Previous experience using hand and power tools (assembly, production, or warehouse environments preferred)
