Martin-Baker Aircraft Company Ltd at Denham is seeking an Assembly Operative to join our Assembly team. You’ll assemble and inspect a range of components, applying technical drawings and measurement methods to ensure quality and efficiency on the line.
This role is onsite at our Denham site and offers hands-on training in life-saving equipment production. You will handle components, bond and test assemblies, and work within safety guidelines.
As an Assembly Operative you’ll join our supportive Assembly team at our Denham site. This role will be focused on the assembly of a wide range of components whilst ensuring the correct quality and efficiency, using modern methods and measuring equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to products that save lives, whilst developing your expertise in complex assemblies.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to undertake a variety of assembly and inspection operations to produce and test cables, pipes, high pressure hoses and gun components as part of seat assemblyproduction team to produce lifesaving equipment.
You’ll be involved in activities such as using technical specifications and drawing to produce assemblies as part of seat assembly.
This is an onsite role based at our Denham site.
