Overview

Assembly Lead Operator. Location: Telford. Pay Rate/Salary: £13.09/Hour + 10% Shift Premium + 8.33% Annual Bonus (If Company Hits Target). Hours of Work/Shift: Rotating Shifts 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM Mon - Fri. Type: Permanent. Start Date: Immediate.

We are hiring an Assembly Lead Operator to be a part of the assembly/production team in Telford. This role is based in a friendly warehouse, with the team handling high customer order volumes. You will be an important part of the team, helping to maintain the worldwide demand and success of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure products are produced/assembled to specification
  • Conduct quality and safety checks, ensuring products are to the highest standards
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring targets are met
  • Lead the team when the coordinator is absent
