ELGA LabWater is hiring an Assembler Technician for its Lane End, High Wycombe facility. This permanent, full-time role (39 hours, Mon-Fri) involves assembling mid-high tech products and supporting the team to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role offers 25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays, a pension scheme, private medical insurance and access to a private GP. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Recognised manufacturing assembly qualification or on-the-job training in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Confidence in mechanical assembly procedures and applying them.
• Ability to build good working relationships across teams.
• Disciplined, self-motivated and organised approach to tasks.
• Basic computer knowledge for data logging tasks.

Qualifications

• A recognised Manufacturing assembly qualification, or “On-The-Job” training / experience in electro-mechanical assembly

• Confidence in mechanical assembly procedures and processes and knowing how to apply them

• Ability to build good working relationships across teams

• To have a disciplined, self motivated and organised approach to tasks.

• Basic computer knowledge (EXCEL or Google suite) - to complete any required data logging tasks
