Description

This role is the beginning of an internal career plan developed to support team member growth and business needs. Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $17/hr. with differential pay of $2.00/hr. for NIGHT shift.

Shift: 7pm-7am

Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly, decoration, and packaging operations for finished goods.
  • Conduct visual quality inspections of parts produced at the work center during assembly.
  • Identify work center, work order, and part quality concerns.
  • Follow internal growth and cross-training plans to learn new responsibilities.
  • Participate in safety and team meetings to improve the overall operation and work environment.

Physical Requirements
