About the Role

A fantastic school in Swindon is looking for a Graduate (Criminology or Psychology would be relevant!) to work as a Learning Support Assistant from Monday to Friday, to start ASAP. The school caters for pupils who have a range of social and emotional difficulties, as well as challenging behaviours and low self-esteem. You will play a significant role to ensure the students make positive choices, helping to guide their behaviour and increase their engagement in and outside the classroom.

  • Work with pupils with anxiety, social withdrawal, anger issues, trauma, grief and other social difficulties.
