Qualifications

• Degree in a core subject or strong background working with children
• Right to work in the UK
• Willing to undertake the free training provided by Protocol Education
• Experience in supervising or covering lessons is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-set work according to school guidelines
• Manage pupil behaviour to maintain a constructive environment
• De-escalate challenging situations following safeguarding procedures
• Collect and return completed work to the appropriate recipient
• Report safeguarding concerns using school procedures
