Phoenix Group seeks a Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) for the Rhayader branch. You will join a supportive team, develop through Healthcare Assistants Course and MCA qualifications, and assist in pharmacy services daily.

Role includes customer interactions, relationship building with patients and professionals, and representing Rowlands Pharmacy in the community. Training and progression are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services where appropriate.
• Act as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy serving the community on a day-to-day basis.
