Job summary

BF Adventure is seeking an Apprentice Instructor for its Adventure Centre. The role offers a fixed 10‑month contract, with full‑time hours and structured training through delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support delivery of inclusive outdoor activity programmes on and off site.
• Maintain understanding of H&S policies and perform dynamic risk assessments.
• Motivate and enthuse clients.
• Set boundaries and manage behaviour as required.
• Meet diverse participant needs with inclusive participation.
• Demonstrate safeguarding and equal opportunities in practice.
• Complete documentation and timesheets accurately.
