Protocol Education Limited is seeking a Cover Supervisor to lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher. You will deliver pre-planned work, manage behaviour, and keep students engaged throughout the lesson.

The role offers opportunities in secondary schools across Shrewsbury, Telford and surrounding areas, with long‑term and permanent opportunities available. We welcome applicants with a genuine interest in education, strong communication skills, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Open to working with pupils aged 11–16.
• Experience with young people is advantageous but not essential.
