Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1–3 with structured lesson plans and in-car coaching.

You can earn around £38 per hour and have flexible hours, with potential to reach £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Training is provided to start your new career.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving lessons to trainee instructors.
• Support learners through DVSA parts 1–3 and training materials.
• Deliver structured in-car coaching and guidance during the training academy.
